General conditions
1. Non-Refundable Registration
Registration fees are strictly non-refundable.
2. Personal Registration
The registration is valid for one single, named participant and may not be transferred without prior written consent from Seneko.
3. Postponement by Participant
Any participant that paid but cannot join the workshop, can request to join another workshop if a date has been set. In case no other workshop is scheduled the participant has a credit. However, if there are no other workshop done at all, then the participant looses his credit.
4. Intellectual Property
All workshop materials (including but not limited to slides, handouts, and supporting documents) are provided exclusively for the participant’s personal use. Copying, sharing, distributing, or reproducing these materials in any form without Seneko’s written consent is strictly prohibited.
5. Use of Mobile Phones
The use of mobile phones is not permitted during the workshop sessions. Participants are expected to ensure they are not disturbed. Phone calls and emails may be attended to during the designated lunch break.
6. Photography and Filming
From time to time, Seneko may record or photograph workshops for marketing purposes. Participants who do not wish to appear in such media must notify Seneko in writing prior to the workshop.
7. Recording by Participants
Audio or video recording of the workshop by participants is strictly prohibited without Seneko’s prior written consent.
8. Confidentiality
Seneko treats as confidential all information disclosed by participants during the workshop and will not disclose such information publicly.
9. Data Protection
Seneko processes personal data in accordance with applicable Swiss and European data protection laws.
10. Cancellation by Seneko
Should Seneko be required to cancel a workshop, an alternative date within the next three (3) months will be proposed. If this date is not suitable, the participant may choose from any other scheduled workshop dates.
11. Force MajeureNeither Seneko nor the participant shall be held liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, or power failures. In such cases, Seneko will propose a new workshop date.
12. Payment Terms
Full payment must be received no later than twenty (20) calendar days before the workshop date. Participants who have not completed payment will not be admitted to the workshop.
13. Liability
Seneko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the workshop.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
